We are thrilled to announce this year's reprinting of Seasons in the Sun, our treasured and time-tested 1976 cookbook! The cookbook has been printed as a 30th Anniversary Limited Edition of our most popular cookbook ever.

The recipes contained in Seasons in the Sun were gathered by Beaux Arts members from their own kitchens and from those of their friends and local restaurants. Each recipe was tested and evaluated before being accepted for inclusion in this book. Over 1200 recipes were prepared and judged. In testing, emphasis was placed on the use of fresh ingredients, especially those native to South Florida. Beaux Arts regrets that every recipe could not be used because of the lack of space or similarity.

Seasons in the Sun, a 30th Anniversary Commemorative Edition, is dedicated to all the Beaux Arts members who created the original cookbook. Because it is a historical reprinting of the original Seasons in the Sun cookbook, the names of the recipe contributors were not updated and may not be accurate. We appreciate your understanding and we apologize for any inaccuracies.
