ARTIST CANCELLATION: Artists unable to attend should inform the festival in writing of their cancellation. The last date for cancellation with booth fee refund is November 16, 2007.
CONTRACT: A completed application is a commitment to exhibit at the Festival of Art. Absolutely no refunds will be made after November l6, 2007 to artists invited to exhibit but unable to attend. By submitting this application, artists indicate that they have read the application in its entirety, and agree to follow all instructions, rules and regulations set forth herein. |
