EXHIBITION SPACES

Booth Space: 10' front x 12' side
Booth Fee: $275 - standard/$325 - corner booth
(Note: Prices include 7% FL Sales Tax)

  • Booth rental fee will be returned only if the artist is not accepted. One exhibitor per space. Only accepted exhibitors may occupy assigned booths.
  • Artists who collaborate on all pieces may share a booth and will be charged only one booth fee.
  • Artists will provide their own means of display. It must be sturdy enough to withstand crowds and South Florida weather. Artists may pre-register and begin setup of booths on Friday, January 18, 2008 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Final setup will begin at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 13, 2007, and must be completed by 9:00 a.m.
  • Artists sell directly to the public, and are responsible for collection of 7% Florida Sales Tax.
  • Parking is not permitted on the grounds. Peripheral parking is available.
  • Artists must be present both days of the festival. Artists who break down early will not be allowed to return to subsequent festivals.
  • Beaux Arts Festival of Art will not be liable for personal property losses or injuries sustained while participating in the festival.
